Reading Fiction Books
I think reading fiction books are good becauase they are imaginitive, I asked others why they read them:
-Imaginitive, broaden your mind
-Fun
-Relaxing
-Pleasure
-Enjoyable
-Interesting
-Educational
-Better than watching TV, uses your mind
-Escape from reality
-Fiction allows you to interact and engage reality in a way that you cannot do for non fiction literature
-You becoem consumed by the story, wondering what is going to happen next. Twists and turns. Emotionally involved.
Fiction is not set in ston, it is questionable
People read non-fiction as they are more knowlegeable, but fiction is more ENTERTAINING!

Ambition
I think it is very important to be ambitious in life:
-Having aspirations, goals and aims that you want to achieve in life
-Wanting a career, not to be stuck in a dead end job
-Requires motivation
-Setting your goals high, not settling for second best
-You can achieve what you want to achieve
-Inspiration, hopes and dream-Brings prosperity
-Creative ideas
An ambitious person is born with traits and qualities according to their nature.
It takes a much larger fore to motivate people in our generation.
We are naturally motivated to seek pleasure, but when our desires meet these pleasures, our desires become extinguished. We are then motivated to once again feel fulfillment, and when these have been exhausted, we gain new motivations for fulfillment.
HIGHLY AMBITIOUS PEOPLE ENVISAGE A LONG TERM GOAL THAT GUIDES THEIR DAILY WORK
Quotes:
''Trying is having the intention to fail.''
''You can achieve anything you set your mind to.''
''If you haven't achieved your goals, you haven't been sufficiently motivated.''

-Exercising the heart is essentail to keep it strong. When you run your body needs mroe oxygen getting to the muscle sin your body, so the heart has to pump faster. It strenghtens yoru cardiovascualr system.

-Good for posture. Running with low shoulders, using your arms, tilt pelvis forward, raised head, prolonged spine
-The faster you move your arms, yoru legs go faster too.

Having Independence
I think it is good, and very important, to have your independence because...
-It gives you the freedom to do what uou want to do, and be who you want to be.
-You don't have to depend or rely on anybody else, so you won't get let down by anybody.
-Providing for yourself
-Buying what you want
-Doing what you want
-Going wherever you to go
-Making chocies and decisions without being influenced by somebody else
-Not needing anybody to make you happy
-It makes you a stronger person
-Personal and moral virtue, not a political one
-It is a requirement for leading your own life
Independence is more than just money, you could be completely financially independent, yet socially and intellectually dependent on others.
Those who are socially dependent, means they care more about being liked rather than just being themselves.
Intellectual dependence means you are using the thoughts of others instead of contributing ideas back to the world. Those who are intellectually independent, make their own decision, and are willing to experiment and explore for theirselves, ratehr than blindly accepting facts and opinions from other people.

Wearing Make-up
There are many reasons why people (men and women) wear make-up, and I set out to find out different people's opinions...
-To enhance beauty, not detract from it. Create definition.
-To give a more youthful impression, as it can take years of your appearance
-It can make you feel better about yourself, boosting your self esteem and also your confidence
-It is fun experimenting with make-up and colours and styles
-It is creative
-Applying make-up is an artform in itself, its like your face is a blank canvas
-You can be expressive, and use make-up to make a statement
-Can just keep it simple
-You use it to make the most of your appearance
-Hide your flaws, but highlight and put emphasis on your best features
-Fair skinned people can add abit of colour to their skin
-Feminine and more sexually appealing
-Personal choice, you don't have to wear it
-Makeup goes through different trends, so you can keep changing it
-Occasion makeup
Makeup: Eye makeup, facial makeup, lip products
Peopel who use makeup:
-Clowns
-Makeup artist
-Models
-Geishas
-Drag Queens
-Fancy Dress
-Men's Make-up, 'Guy Liner'
-Different make-up for day and night
-Fashion photography relies on good make-up (magazines, advertising)
-Bands (music) e.g. Kiss
Psychological:
CONFIDENCE MAKES YOU BEAUTIFUL, AND BEUTY MAKES YOU CONFIDENT
Whern you look after yourself it affects the behaviour of those around you in a positive way. You are also more respectable. Beauty is a state of mind, it's a matter of your self image, not if you are good looking
or plain.
BEAUTY IMPROVES CONFIDENCE...
CONFIDENCE INCREASES SUCCESS...
SUCCESS MAKES YOU HAPPY..
HAPPINESS MAKES YOU MORE BEAUTIFUL
Makeup is powerful!
